Although there may be significant reorganization of functions across the U.S. Department of Justice in the coming weeks, many of the Trump Administration’s enforcement priorities under the Federal False Claims Act are likely to be familiar: Medicare Advantage, Cybersecurity and COVID-19 pandemic relief fraud.
